From that, Crosslands will generate effective schedule and project budgets that will be executed from our experienced on-site superintendents, supported by our team of knowledgeable Project Managers and Project Engineers. Additionally, an important role of General Contractor is proper stewardship of project funds. Crosslands has an experienced staff of Project Accountants that insure, for your project, proper lien waivers, insurance certificates, and contracts are processed timely and accurately.
Our Construction Management team works with the Owner and Design team in a relationship of trust and confidence which results in efficient design to be effectively executed and communicated in a timely fashion. Crosslands takes construction management of a project to a new level of overall management. From the LOI/Entitlement stage, all the way through to final certificate of occupancy and project turnover to the Owner. Crosslands will work with all design teams, third party vendors and owner’s operations teams in an expeditious and economical manner consistent with the Owner’s Interests.
